Returns
Customers may return the purchased jewelry, without providing any reason, and request a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting Customer Service at customercare@gioielliamo.it and following the instructions provided.
If you decide to return the product, you will be refunded any payments you have made, including any delivery charges. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received and the Quality Office has confirmed that the returned items are indeed compliant. Please note that the products must be returned in perfect condition, specifically:
- The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when they were received.
- The jewelry certification document must be intact and in perfect condition.
Gioielliamo S.r.l. will verify that the returned product meets its return conditions through strict quality control procedures and will proceed with the refund only if these conditions are met.
If the product does not comply with the return conditions, the Seller is entitled to refuse the refund and return the product to the Customer at the latter’s expense, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The right of withdrawal applies to all ready-to-ship products, but does not apply to made-to-order products, which are created “custom-made” according to the specific requirements of the customer.
